Super Salad Vinaigrette

It's easy to make your own vinaigrette to drizzle over raw leafy greens, pasta salad, steamed vegetables and anything you can imagine! Try this nutritious olive oil and vinegar based vinaigrette on your next salad.
Ingredients:
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
2 teaspoons onion, very finely minced
3 garlic gloves, very finely minced
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
½ teaspoon parsley
½ teaspoon unrefined sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
Pour oil, vinegar and full content of ingredients into a jar and shake well. Vinaigrette will keep in an airtight glass bottle or jar in the fridge for up to one week. Enjoy!
Play with your vinaigrette…
Experiment by adding some chopped sun-dried tomatoes, goji berries, or strawberries, hempseeds or poppy seeds, and different herbs such as rosemary, thyme, parsley and/or mustard powder. Replace some or all of the vinegar with fresh squeezed lemon, lime or orange juice.
