Tropical Pineapple Mango Smoothie

This flavorful and smooth drink combines three of the most nourishing tropical fruits to refresh and brighten up your day! There is nothing better than the goodness of liquified, ripe and juicy fruits to offer optimal digestion and absorption of nutrients.

Ingredients:

1 ripe mango, diced

1 heaping cup fresh pineapple, diced

1/2 banana, peeled (optional)

½ cup natural almond milk (or hemp milk)

1 tablespoon raw honey (optional)

1 cup ice

 

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until thick and smooth.  Make sure there are no chunks of ice or fruit left. Serve immediately in a pretty, chilled glass. Garnish with a fruit of your choice, or a fancy umbrella thingy. Enjoy, sit back, and relax. Imagine you’re on a yacht soaking up the sun admiring the clear blue water and tropical beaches at shore.
